MSC (Mobile Switching Center) Engineer Installing Operating and Maintaining Lucent’s Autoplex systems, for AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System). During this period I had worked in the Lucent Brazil project, where I participate in the installation and implementation of the AMPS Lucent network project (please refer also to the part of courses in this resume)

Cellular System manager at Tampico’s CedeTel (the cellular company in the Mexican North east region)
Duties included: Maintaining and operating the entire cellular system, switch, cell sites and peripheral equipment, supervising installation and implementation of system growth, vendor contract negotiations and performance of my field engineering team.
q July 1991 to July 1996
In Comcel and later Iusacell. Cellular field engineer in the first tree years of this period maintaning and operating cell sites as Motorola’s small switch (EMX 100+, EMX 250/500)
The next one and a half year as a switch engineer maintaining and operating Motorola’s EMX 2500 and its peripheral as voice mail, voice gateway system, monitoring the system performance and managing the switch operations field engineering team.
The last six months my duties as the switching engineering manager, coordinating and developing the switch growing for the Motorola’s EMX 2500, its peripheral equipment, its connections to the public switching telephone network and some other switches in the distributed mobile exchange environment (roaming), the traffic performance and the management of a team of engineers in my area.
